PLA Pre-Selection Process
Unlike most recruitment companies we don't include all candidates on our database. Each candidate must have either worked with a PLA Director in the IT industry (ensuring a first hand reference) or be willing to undergo a technical / functional interview by one of our consultants.
We offer a long term relationship both to employers and candidates. We don't simply obtain a requirement and then go to the open market. We draw on our pre-selected list of candidates.
